We take every effort to ensure that the information published on this web site is accurate. However, we cannot accept any liability for the accuracy or content. Visitors who rely on this information do so at their own risk. The Foil Invite Company reserves the right to change prices and / or products without prior notice, any obviously incorrectly priced items (£0.01) may not be dispatched and additional payment may be required. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.
Our Products
Foil blocking is an artisan craft and slight variations and irregularities are to be expected. We may remove any products at any time or change images, pricing and descriptions without giving any notice. Colours may vary depending on your screen settings and the device you are using, if you’d like to see the colours first hand please order a sample. We accept no responsibility for any effect of ageing caused to any of our products or materials used. The Foil Invite Company products are not suitable for children.
Payment
Payment can be made by debit or credit card via Stripe or Paypal using secure SSL encryption. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any charges that may be incurred due to tax or import duties. If you are in doubt as to what these may be, we suggest contacting your local customs office or checking their website. All prices on our site are in GB pounds sterling.

The material featured on this site is subject to copyright protection (all rights reserved). The ownership of all designs, including bespoke designs remains with The Foil Invite Company. The permission to reproduce material does not extend to anything on this site identified as being the copyright of a third party. Authorisation to reproduce such material must be obtained from the copyright holders concerned.
Printing & Digital Proof Service
It is your responsibility to ensure all of the details and layout are correct to your requirements, we are not responsible for checking spelling and grammar. Once you have approved your proof any changes required after the printing has been carried out will be subject to a reprinting charge.
Samples & Photography
We reserve the right to use surplus stationery produced as samples to demonstrate our products to other customers. We may also photograph items from your order for website and promotional use. If you do not wish for your stationery to be photographed or used as printed samples this is not a problem but you must notify us before confirming your order.
Returns/Cancellation/Refunds Policy
As all stationery is personalised to your specific requirements, any refunds can only be given if the merchandise is faulty, or if the specifications of the order have not been met. You can however cancel your order and obtain a full refund at any time before we’ve generated your digital proof. From this point until you sign off the design you can cancel your order and obtain a refund minus a charge for design of the digital proof (cost dependent on order). Once you have approved the proof no refunds can be given unless there is an error on our part.
If the items have arrived damaged or an incorrect item has been sent, please contact us by email within 7 days. We will replace or refund for the damaged goods as required. We will also pay the normal standard parcels cost of returning your goods. Do not return damaged goods without contacting us first. Postage will not be refunded on faulty goods returned without prior notification. Any shortages/discrepancies must be advised within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. We therefore advise that you check your order on receipt as we cannot investigate shortages after this time.
